Deposits
Before your appointment is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit must be made. This deposit secures your booking and ensures that I can dedicate the necessary time and resources to your treatment. Please note that this deposit is not transferable and will not be refunded should you cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly ask that you make the payment promptly to guarantee your slot.
Cancellation
To reschedule your appointment, I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows me to accommodate other clients and ensures that you are able to secure a convenient time. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Late arrivals & No shows
I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, should you arrive later than this, your appointment will be cancelled. I kindly ask for your understanding, as this helps me ensure that all clients receive the full attention and time they deserve. If you're running late, please let me know in advance so I can accommodate you where possible.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please note that any cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled booking will require a 50% payment of the booking fee before you can reschedule. This policy is in place to ensure I can manage our schedule effectively and accommodate all clients.
Maintenance
Infills should be scheduled every 2-3 weeks to maintain the fullness and longevity of your lashes. It is important that at least 40-50% of your original lashes are still intact to qualify for an infill. This allows me to work with the existing lashes, ensuring a seamless and natural look, rather than having to apply a full set again. Scheduling your appointments regularly helps to keep your lashes looking fresh and full, while preventing any stress on your natural lashes.
Client Preparation
Please arrive with clean lashes, free from any makeup, lash glue, or oils. If your lashes are not clean, the retention of the extensions will be compromised. Lash extensions applied over dirty lashes may not bond properly, resulting in poor retention and a shorter lifespan of your extensions. It's important that your lashes are thoroughly cleansed to ensure the best possible results and to maintain the longevity of your lash extensions.
